The Loblaw SAP implementation was all about "people, process and technology." We were approached by leadership to develop a new logo to help articulate how important these three equal partners were to the success of the project. Terms were tossed around like "three legged stool" (in my mind I was wondering who milks cows that way anymore anyway, and wow, that sounds a lot like a three headed monster). So instead, I thought about electricity. You've got to have a positive, a negative and a neutral or you'll have no power. And what you need on a big implementation like this is power. So the outside circle represents the cable, the inside circles the three sources of energy needed to fire things up.
