Big systems implementations typically involve a number of employees, consultants and independents working together in tight and sometimes inhospitable spaces. It's inevitable that bad behaviour creeps in. Most big projects include a Project Management Office or PMO. One of their responsibilities is herding these cats. They presented us with their problem, and we developed this initiative to highlight some of the bad behaviour in a playful way and encourage course correction. There were a lot of laughs, then a lot of completed time sheets. Oh, and I stopped "liberating" pens.
